I deeply believe that lying or hiding relevant facts creates an inferior business, an inferior product and certainly an inferior customer relationship. I am building GizmoLab on a foundation of engineering expertise, plain old ordinary hard work, and relevant disclosure (if disclosing a thing might affect your decisions, it must be disclosed). Having received plenty of business advice (who doesn't?), I've come to realize that some, perhaps many, principles of good business practice come from simply asking myself "What kinds of companies have I liked?" My answer: I enjoy it when a company treats me fairly, lets me know what's really going on (relevant to my concerns), makes good on its word, provides good value and is generally friendly.
Not only do I want GizmoLab to be this kind of company, I promise that it is and always will be.
